We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for one of our established clients based in Wolverhampton.

Our client is a global organisation with offices around the world that offer great opportunities for career progression. You will be joining a diverse team that is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to their customers and assisting internal colleagues with queries.

Day-to-day duties will include:

  • Answering telephone calls in a professional manner.
  • Liaising with internal teams and customers to relay information.
  • Basic administration.
  • Minor complaint handling and escalation where necessary.

What will you need?

  • Good IT skills – you will be required to use multiple IT systems to gather the required information for the customer (full training will be given).
  • Be able to act reliably and ethically – written and verbal fluency in English.
  • Be a problem-solver.
  • Be able to cope under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
