We are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our well known, prestigious client based at RAF Larkhill. This is a key role in a fast-paced environment where you’ll support a busy operational team and help ensure smooth daily performance.
As part of a small team, you’ll report to the Area Manager and handle a variety of administrative tasks, including managing records, coordinating information requests, and liaising with contractors to ensure work is completed on time. You’ll also support quality, safety, and sustainability processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
To succeed, you’ll need proven administrative experience, strong IT skills (particularly Excel and Word), and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure. Experience with Maximo or formal MS Office training is helpful but not essential.
