Role: Senior HVAC Engineer
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join a small, high-performing engineering team delivering commercial HVAC services across major UK distribution and warehouse facilities — primarily within the facilities of global ecommerce business.

This is a hands-on senior role, ideal for an engineer who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and working across a wide variety of commercial environments. You will act as the senior member of a three-engineer team, providing technical leadership while remaining fully operational on the tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair commercial air conditioning systems
• Fault finding and diagnosis on HVAC and associated mechanical systems
• Carry out minor mechanical works as required
• Ensure compliance with F-Gas, Gas Safe and H&S standards
• Support and mentor junior engineers within the team
• Liaise professionally with site contacts and management teams
• Travel nationwide to attend warehouse and distribution centre sites

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in commercial HVAC / AC engineering
• F-Gas qualified (essential)
• Gas Safe registered (essential)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working independently and leading a small team
• Flexible and willing to travel nationwide when required
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude
