• Service dry and wet risers, including inspection, maintenance, and remedial works.
• Diagnose faults or failures in sprinkler and riser systems; carry out remedial repairs or upgrades as needed.
• Produce detailed service reports, compliance documentation, and recommendations for remedial or upgrade works.

• In-depth knowledge of sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge etc.) and riser systems; comfort with servicing, testing, maintenance and remedial works.
• Strong fault-finding, mechanical and hydraulic understanding, with ability to diagnose and rectify system issues.
• Familiarity with relevant British / EN fire safety standards (e.g. BS EN 12845, BS 9251 or equivalent) and compliance expectations.
• Full, clean UK driving licence (field-based work across multiple sites likely).
• Self-motivated, reliable, with strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team across multiple client sites.
• Flexibility to respond to reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs when required.

• Relevant fire protection / sprinkler system certification or accreditation (e.g. LPCB, recognised fire-protection qualification, or equivalent).
• Experience interpreting system schematics or blueprints / working with technical drawings.
• Prior experience working across both commercial and residential buildings.
