Production AdministratorMainstay Recruitment are looking for an organised and proactive Production Administrator to support our clients day-to-day operations. Our client is based in Aldridge and this role will require you to be on site. You will work closely with the production team to maintain accurate records, process orders and help ensure schedules are completed efficiently.Job Details
Pay : £14.00 per hourHours 07:30-16:30Working pattern – Full-time, hours can be flexible 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Production Manager and production team.
  • Prepare, issue and maintain production paperwork, job sheets and work orders.
  • Process customer orders and monitor their progress through production.
  • Liaise with production, purchasing, warehouse and customer service teams.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering materials and consumables.
  • Maintain accurate records for stock, quality, deliveries and completed work.
  • Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally.
  • Carry out other reasonable administrative duties as required.

The successful candidate should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role but not essential 
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy environment.
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team.

  • Accurate when entering and checking information.
  • Approachable and able to communicate with colleagues at all levels.

What We Offer

  • £14.00 per hour.
  • Standard hours of 07:30-16:30.
