Role: Production Operative
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Hours: Nights, 21:00 – 08:00 Monday – Thursday
Location: West Bromwich

We are currently recruiting for a number of production operatives for temp to perms with our client in West Bromwich. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

• Assemble components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the production process.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience in assembly processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and processes is highly valued.
