Role: Mobile Commercial Plumber

Location: North West (Leeds/ Manchester Patch)

Salary: £38,000- £40,000 + On Call + Van and Fuel Card + Travel Time

Hours: 08:00 – 17:00

Mainstay Recruitment are currently looking for a Mobile Commercial Plumber to join our growing client, covering sites across the North West region, covering a patch running between Manchester and Leeds.

Our client are a business that offer continuous support and invests a huge amount in their staff and retention. The role itself comes with a vehicle, fuel card and all the tools required to complete the job.

Role:

• Covering both planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance

• You will perform mechanical maintenance across many aspects on sites including boilers, taps, toilets, heating systems, plant rooms and dealing with legionella works

• Part of your role will involve assisting in project planning, estimation and stock control

• You will ensure that all work is compliant and in line with all health and safety regulations

• You will also ensure that you offer great customer service.

Duties:

• It is ideal that the chosen candidate will hold the relevant qualifications within Mechanical engineering e.g. an NVQ/ City and Guilds level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or the equivalent experience

• Experience in a similar role performing maintenance across multiple sites

• Good written and verbal communication
