Role: Regional Operations Lead
Location: Covering South East Region (Regular travel across south east will be required)
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 + Company car or car allowance (£5200)

We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Operations Lead to support the successful delivery of a large-scale repairs and maintenance contract, covering a diverse portfolio of 15,000 properties across the South East.

🛠️ Your Role:

Working alongside the Regional Manager, you’ll take a hands-on role in overseeing daily operations across repairs, compliance, voids, and grounds maintenance. You’ll be key in maintaining exceptional service standards, ensuring performance targets are met, and leading with a strong focus on health & safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
This is a strategic and mobile leadership role, ideal for someone who can confidently:

  • Represent the region in client meetings, briefings, and forums
  • Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvements
  • Inspire and support operational teams to achieve and exceed targets
  • Manage supplier performance and ensure value for money
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and customer-first thinking

🔍 What You’ll Need:

  • Proven leadership experience in a housing, repairs, or facilities management environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and contract performance insight
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a mobile, 24/7 operation (including participation in an on-call rota)
  • A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East
