Throughout my career, I’ve remained focused on delivering unrivalled quality and providing seamless solutions to clients’ recruitment challenges.
With over 25 years’ experience in recruitment across Engineering, Technical, Procurement, Electronics, and Facilities Management, I have supported organisations worldwide, ranging from individual hires to large-scale RPO and MSP solutions.
I work closely with the Facilities Management team to strengthen opportunities, grow our client base, and consistently exceed expectations.
Our ability to combine exceptional candidate management with outstanding client service enables us to deliver fast, effective results, moving candidates from introduction to offer and acceptance with speed and precision.
As Business Development Director, my role centres on building relationships and creating opportunities. I am constantly networking with both new and existing clients to ensure we’re always ready to provide the right solution—whether that’s a permanent hire, a contractor, or a bespoke solution.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about mountain biking, typically covering around 100km a week in all conditions. It can be tough at times and painful when it goes wrong, but that’s part of the challenge, and it’s also when I do some of my best thinking. I’m also an avid fan of Formula 1 and historic motorsport (in truth, anything with an engine!). Most importantly, I have a young family, and spending time with them is the perfect way to balance the demands of recruitment.
