Senior Recruitment Consultant - Facilities Management
I have a combined 6 years of experience at Mainstay Recruitment over 2 sectors.
I moved across to the Facilities Management team in 2025 to assist with the exciting growth within the sector and to sink my teeth into a new role and challenge.
During my early career, I was in the Driving recruitment sector dealing primarily with temporary recruitment. The skills and expertise I learned in this previous role are going to stand me in good stead for a new sector in permanent recruitment. In this sector, I gained experience in managing key
contracts, helping recruit new workers for roles and helping to grow a market share across our clients.
I have also had experience managing large recruitment projects. This includes playing a large role in recruitment for one of the UK’s largest retailers for their brand new RDC – one of the largest in not only the UK but worldwide. In this role, I dealt with people from a range of backgrounds as well as supporting people with additional needs in roles at the site, something that I found particularly rewarding.
Away from work, I have burdened myself with being a Wolves season ticket holder and enjoy playing cricket when the English weather allows, as well as going to concerts, reading and cooking.
I enjoy learning new skills and finding out how things work, which has drawn me into Facilities Management and I am looking forward to building my knowledge and doing more and more to help our clients and Mainstay thrive.
