We are actively seeking a Data & Administration Manager for an organisation where you’ll be leading their Red Card Team. This role requires you to manage all administrative procurement activities and contracts, ensuring they are delivered professionally and on time. As the Data & Administration Manager, you will play a key role in supporting both clients and customers, promoting a positive and consistent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • As the Data & Administration Manager, you will oversee Technical Administrators, ensuring the safety and well-being of the team.
  • You will provide assistance to the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Team.
  • You will implement and manage new processes effectively.
  • As the Data & Administration Manager, you will foster a positive and caring customer experience.
  • You will lead initiatives to improve processes and services.
  • You will establish and maintain strong relationships with service providers.
  • Acting as the primary contact for clients and customers will be one of your primary responsibilities as the Data & Administration Manager.

Qualifications and skills

  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office packages, including advanced functions such as Vlookups, pivot tables, and trackers.
  • Able to create and present weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
  • Experience in interacting with clients and customers.
  • Proven experience in leading a team of administrators.
  • Skilled in rolling out new processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately to timescales and deadlines, especially in a pressurised environment.
  • GCSEs in English and Mathematics (A-C standard).
