We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Administrator to join our clients PPM and Asset team in Larkhill. This is a key role responsible for the accurate management, analysis, and reporting of asset information within our CAFM systems.
You will carry out data mining activities to identify assets requiring entry into the CAFM system, review certification data, and ensure all asset information is up to date and correctly recorded. This includes maintaining CIFO records, capturing condition information, and reviewing historical compliance documentation. You will work closely with internal teams to collect missing asset data, ensuring it is submitted in the correct format and uploaded accurately.
Supporting the Asset Manager, you will help maintain asset integrity and support effective maintenance planning across the estate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a structured environment, and has a keen eye for detail.
What You Will Need
- Proven administrative experience, ideally in a facilities management or data- driven environment.
- Strong IT and data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and similar reporting tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling large data sets.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence in coordinating information and chasing updates across teams.
- Experience working with CAFM systems (Maximo experience highly desirable).
- Experience within a facilities or asset management environment is an advantage.
This is a fully office-based position, working closely within a small team alongside the PPM and Asset Team Manager. The location is accessible via bus and other public transport links.
