Our client in Desborough currently require numerous Class C+E/HGV Class 1 drivers for immediate starts. The work involves nationwide trunking/deliveries to regional and national distribution centres. Minimal handball. All vehicles are modern and well maintained. The client has developed as a healthy and desirable brand where drivers do gravitate to. Safe and secure parking are available with excellent facilities on site.

Shift Patterns are as follows:

• Days: Start times can vary between 02:00-10:00
• Nights: Start times can vary between 13:00-21:00

Pay Rates (current for 2025)

• Day Shift: £14.89 p/h PAYE, after 55 hours per week // Overtime: £19.35 p/h PAYE
• Night Shift: £15.89 p/h PAYE, after 55 hours per week // Overtime: £20.65 p/h PAYE
• Temp-to-Perm (4 on 4 off): £16.89 p/h PAYE // Overtime £21.95 p/h PAYE

Please see below the rates that will increase in 2026 (Exact date is to be confirmed)

• Day Shift: £15.19 p/h PAYE, after 55 hours per week // Overtime: £19.74 p/h PAYE
• Night Shift: £16.89 p/h PAYE, after 55 hours per week // Overtime: £21.95 p/h PAYE
• Temp-to-Perm (4 on 4 off): £16.89 p/h PAYE (+ £1 Night Shift) // Overtime: £21.95 p/h PAYE when working days, £22.95 p/h PAYE when working nights
