We are recruiting for a full-time HGV Class 2 Driver for our long-standing client based in Northampton.

The role involves up to 5 deliveries per day, with a small amount of pump-trucking and manual handling, working across various contracts for our client. Perfect if you are a driver that likes variety, as no two days will be the same. Shifts start between 05:00 and 08:00 and usually last on average between 8-10 hours. Shifts that last fewer than 8 hours are protected with a minimum of 8 hours guaranteed.

This role is Monday to Friday with no expection of weekends, and is a full-time role after 12 weeks.

Requirements

• Valid UK HGV Class 2 driving licence.
• In-date CPC and Tachograph.
• No more than 6 endorsement point on licence for minor offences (DR and IN endorsements cannot be considered).
• Preferably 2 years of HGV driving experience (but can accept less for the right candidate).

Pay

First 12 weeks: £14.00 per hour PAYE OR £15.50 per hour including holiday pay

After 12 weeks: £14.95 per hour
