Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term

Hours: 08:00-17:00

As the Housing Maintenance Supervisor, You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the housing maintenance service, to ensure all works, audits and inspections are carried out to a high move-in standard across the Southwest.

Responsibilities

• Undertake voids WIP inspections.
• Ensure all voids meet the move-in standard.
• Conduct joint inspections with service partners.
• To undertake minor works on any voids when required.
• To work collaboratively with colleagues, delivering on customer, operational and financial targets in line with the business plan.
• To manage sub-contractors supporting the delivery of void works.

What you’ll need

• Previous experience in void maintenance or trade background in housing.
• It is desirable that you have a level 2 diploma or equivalent (e.g., NVQ) in a maintenance trade.
• Previous experience in void maintenance or trade background in housing.
• This role will require you to travel to remote sites weekly therefore it is essential that you hold a clean and valid UK driving licence.
