Internal Sales Executive / Internal Sales Engineer / Inside Sales Representative

Location: Burntwood, Staffordshire Industry

A global manufacturer of industrial consumables is looking for an Internal Sales Executive, Internal Sales Engineer, or Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Burntwood, Staffordshire.

The Role:

As part of the internal sales team, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales.

• Engage with target customers to understand their needs and generate new business.

• Proactively contact new and existing customers to increase sales, expand product offerings, and strengthen client relationships.

• Manage and follow up on sales inquiries to convert quotes into orders.

• Handle inbound customer queries via phone and web.

• Identify business development opportunities within key industries.

• Prepare quotations and process orders.

Requirements:

To be successful, you should have:

• Experience in an internal sales, inside sales, account management, or similar role.

• A background in selling industrial supplies and consumables, such as MRO products, mechanical components, hydraulics, pneumatics, sensors, actuators, fasteners, seals, gaskets, bearings, or related products.

• The ability to commute easily to Burntwood, Staffordshire.

Package & Benefits:

• Salary: £27,000 + uncapped commission & bonus

• Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays

• Company pension scheme

• Early finish on Fridays

Working Hours:

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Friday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
