As a Planner, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the operations team in the delivery of reactive, planned and void maintenance.
Working under the Scheduling Manager, you will be ensuring all activities and contracts are delivered within the timescales provided whilst providing excellent customer service through liaising with the on-site teams.
Your main responsibility will be taking calls from operatives and managing operative diaries, whilst liaising with families to rebook appointments and managing all jobs that are in progress.
Your other responsibilities include…
- Ensuring that systems are updated within prescribed timescales and utilised to their full capability to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Coordinating the delivery of customer solutions and administering customer feedback.
- Supporting resource planning, confirming holiday rotas and highlighting potential additional resource requirements.
- Promoting customer service excellence to deliver a positive and caring customer experience.
- Maintaining a daily relationship between the Regional Service Centre and on-site teams.
- Running reports and maintaining all system information and data.
- Liaising with the National Accommodation Model provider to ensure relationships are maintained and service provision remains consistent.
- Undertaking general administrative duties.
What you’ll need to do this role
- Scheduling experience within a planned and maintenance environment.
- Awareness of safe working within a facilities management or building environment.
- Experience in working accurately to timescales and providing customer service excellence.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Microsoft packages.
- Experience in working accurately to deadlines in a pressurised environment.
