We are recruiting for a Project Manager with construction experience. The role is a for a large hard services facilities management company based in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have experience of working on PFI contracts.

  • Seamless Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of all projects with precise scope and budget management.
  • Scope & Objectives Definition: Define project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders for technical feasibility.
  • Resource Allocation: Guarantee optimal resource availability and allocation.
  • Detailed Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
  • Change Management: Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using advanced verification techniques.
  • Performance Measurement: Utilise cutting-edge project management tools and techniques to measure performance.
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations: Maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Risk Management: Perform rigorous risk management to minimize potential risks.
  • Comprehensive Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Task Delegation: Delegate tasks based on team members’ strengths, skills, and experience levels.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyse project performance to ensure the successful completion of goals.
  • Budget Management: Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Leadership Development: Continuously develop and apply leadership skills.
