Salary: £14.00 p/h
We are recruiting for a reliable and organised Administrator / FLT Driver to join our team. This is a varied role combining 50% administrative duties and 50% forklift truck operation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both office-based and production-based work.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties (50%)
- Processing orders, delivery notes, and shipping documentation.
- Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records.
- Updating internal systems and databases.
- Handling emails, telephone enquiries, and general office administration.
- Preparing reports and supporting the operations team with administrative tasks.
- Filing and maintaining records in line with company procedures.
FLT Duties (50%)
- Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.
- Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely.
- Supporting Production operations as required.
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (essential).
- Previous experience in both administration and warehouse environments.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
