Our client based in Exhall, Coventry need a Banksman for immediate starts on day shifts 06:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday to manage the Traffic/Wagons that deliver and collect from the company.

This is a permanent position working Monday-Friday on days starting at 06:00 each day and finishing at 16:00 each day.

This client is looking for immediate starters.

The day to day duties involve booking the vehicles/drivers in upon arrival and log details such as vehicles registration, phone numbers, company names etc and manage the queue so that the vehicles can be sent away and be called in once the loading bays become available. Anywhere between 20/50 vehicles arrive daily and the vehicles can range from small vans to articulated wagons. 

Pay rate is below:
£13.50ph (Holiday accrued separately)
£15.13ph (Inclusive of holiday pay)

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and ideally have some experience dealing with drivers and goods in/out operations. As this is a new role being developed, there will be added duties/procedures as it develops.
