Job Title: Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Lancashire

Salary: £17.68 per hour + Door to Door + Van and Fuel Card+ Overtime 

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (8am – 4:30pm) 

Mainstay Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer in the Manchester and Lancashire area of England.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform PPM and servicing of electrical systems across client facilities

• Fault-finding and reactive/breakdown repair of electrical building services infrastructure, including:

o Power

o UPS

o Single & 3 Phase systems

o Lighting, emergency lighting, and alarms

• Carry out ‘First Look’ inspections and basic repairs of HVAC systems, such as AC units, AHU, and FCU

• Provide general building maintenance, including basic plumbing tasks as required

Candidate Requirements:

• City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations

• City & Guilds Electrical Parts I & II and/or equivalent qualification

• Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship

• Experience in performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to Electrical Building Services Systems, along with a basic knowledge of HVAC systems (e.g., AHU & FCU) in commercial and corporate buildings

• Ability to multi-skill, with a flexible “Can-Do” attitude toward general building maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing

• Full Driving License (maximum of 6 penalty points for company vehicle insurance)
