Working hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30

We are currently looking for a CAD Assistant for an organisation where you’ll collaborate with the CAD Manager to maintain site plans, ensuring the efficiency of the operations on the site.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update record drawings using AutoCAD software.
• Assist with general administrative duties within the team.
• Distribute and share internal information to meet customer needs.
• Maintain office systems and support business operations.
• Collaborate with the Projects Team and clients on building services.
• Review and contribute to the production of new and updated drawings.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in AutoCAD software.
• The ideal CAD assistant should have experience in the building services/construction industry.
• Being familiar with software such as BIM Modelling and Revit is desirable.
• Must be willing to occasionally travel to alternative sites.
• Experience with operating in a MOD environment is desirable.
