We are looking to recruit for our client, a large hard services facilities management provider. They are looking to add an Electrical Supervisor to their team. This will be a static role overseeing a prestigious site in the Sunbury area.

Job description

  • Lead the onsite electrical team, maintaining all LV & HV systems.
  • Must have completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship with relevant LV/HV qualifications.
  • Perform fault finding on LV/ELV control systems, monitor power quality, and diagnose issues.
  • Install and maintain new equipment, ensuring rapid resolution of faults.

Role summary

  • Flexible across trades, responding to breakdowns and maintenance tasks.
  • Knowledge of IT environments, data systems, and building management systems.
  • Experience with HVAC systems, power quality testing, and maintenance of Dali lighting systems.
  • Manage critical engineering documentation and maintenance tasks within agreed timescales.
  • Liaise with clients and facilities management, ensuring adherence to H&S procedures.
  • Conduct site surveys and risk assessments and supervise contractors.

Experience required

  • Excellent customer service and high-profile work environment experience.
  • PC literate and able to interpret technical drawings and procedures.
  • Health & safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH) and a recognised electrical apprenticeship.
  • 17th edition electrical wiring regulations.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in data centres/critical environments.
  • Knowledge of emergency response protocols, UPS, standby power, and critical environment cooling.
  • Authorised person qualifications.
