We are currently working with a well-established company who are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor (electrical bias) to cover a new contract in Nottingham. As a Supervisor, you will support the Management Team whilst also supporting Engineers on the sites.

Duties

• This will involve being 60% on the tools and 40% off the tools.
• The role will entail performing PPM/reactive maintenance.
• As a the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be supporting the Manager with Engineers across the contract by issuing work, providing technical support, and any relevant paperwork completion needed.
• You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical, mechanical, and fabric tasks across aspects such as generators, power, lighting, AHU, BMS systems, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, and plumbing.
• You will ensure all work completed by yourself and Engineers are compliant with health and safety standards.
• Ensure all H&S and compliance documentation is up to date such as work permits.
• As a Supervisor, you will update the CAFM system with electronic files such as inspection reports and certificates.

Candidate

You must have…

• Electrical-based qualifications.
• Experience within a supervisor role and managing a team.
• Experience working across commercial sites for a service provider
