Job Title: Powder Coater
Location: Coventry
Salary: £14.50 per hour,  £19.33 overtime
Job Type: Monday-Friday
Hours: 06:00-14:00 (plus overtime)
Weekly Earnings – IRO £750 per week
 
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our established production team of around 12 powder coaters working on 3 different lines. This is a great opportunity to be part of a busy, well-organised powder coating operation where quality and teamwork go hand in hand.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Apply powder coatings to metal components using electrostatic spray equipment.
• Prepare parts for coating, including cleaning, masking, and hanging.
• Inspect coated items to ensure consistent finish quality and durability.
• Operate curing ovens and ensure parts are finished to specification.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

 
About You:

• Experience in powder coating or industrial painting is required
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work well within a team and follow standard procedures.
• Comfortable with physical work and use of PPE.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
