We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager to work for a leading facilities service provider. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hard services background. The role will involve working with the Projects Team and a Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations across the site.
Your responsibilities will involve:
- As a Facilities Manager, you will support the Built Estate Manager in managing the day-to-day operations, including the delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance, remedial works and ensuring KPIs are met.
- You will be reviewing daily reports and monitoring the progression of jobs on-site.
- You will manage Contractors overseeing the installation and maintenance of all assets on-site.
- This role will also involve scoping and managing additional works such as RAMS, work permits, and AP requests.
- You will participate in the on-call rota.
The successful Facilities Manager will:
- Hold relevant qualifications e.g. City & Guilds level 3 in an electrical or mechanical discipline (or equivalent).
- Have previously worked on small projects.
- Have a HND/HNC in a suitable building or M&E discipline.
- Have significant FM experience – essential.
