We are currently working with a well-established company looking to recruit a Maintenance Assistant. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be performing a variety of maintenance across 3 commercial sites within Leicester. You will be performing a variety of fabric maintenance such as basic plumbing, basic carpentry, basic tiling, basic joinery, changing lights and replacing sockets.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance across 3 sites within Leicester.
• Perform a variety of fabric maintenance such as basic plumbing, basic carpentry, basic tiling, basic joinery, changing lights, and replacing sockets.
• Assist other trades with any work being completed on sites.
• You will also assist with any refurbishment projects.
• You will ensure all work completed is in line with health and safety regulations.

Candidate

• The relevant candidate must have experience in performing a variety of maintenance tasks.
• The relevant candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in performing planned and reactive maintenance.
• Full UK driving license.
