We are currently working with a great client who is looking to recruit a Facilities Assistant to support their FM team. The role will support Facilities Managers with their day-to-day activities while also monitoring, measuring, and reacting to helpdesk tasks.

Duties

• As a Facilities Assistant, you will monitor, measure react and follow up on Helpdesk tasks.
• You will build and maintain robust and effective working relationships with contractors and other 3rd party suppliers.
• As a Facilities Assistant, you will act as the local point of contact for external suppliers and consultants and monitor on-site activities.
• Perform monitoring tasks on aspects such as fire safety, fire risk assessments, asbestos, legionella, and health & safety.
• Identify and report building faults via the helpdesk.
• Provide and present weekly, monthly/quarterly reports on the services offered and include performance against KPI/SLA.
• Raise invoices and work orders.

Candidate

• Good knowledge and experience within the FM industry.
• Good IT knowledge e.g., Excel, Word, CAFM.
• Good attention to detail and information-gathering. 
• Experience working within an FM helpdesk environment.
