We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager for a leading facilities service provider. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing construction or refurbishment projects within a hard service background and have delivered multiple projects at once.

Duties

  • As a Project Manager, you will support the Senior Project Manager overseeing the delivery of all billable and construction projects.
  • You will monitor and manage the supply partner’s project teams ensuring they are qualified and experienced and are directed with tasks.
  • Whilst overseeing these projects you will also ensure all projects are completed in line with health and safety regulations and are compliant.
  • You will ensure projects are completed on time and within the agreed budgets.
  • You will complete weekly progression reports of the projects informing the Senior Manager of any project risks or opportunities.
  • You will ensure all documentation relating to the billable works is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • You will also identify any opportunities that can support the company’s net carbon zero targets.

Candidate

  • You will hold the relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering or from a construction background e.g. NVQ, C&G.
  • Holding an SMSTS is desirable.
  • You will have experience within construction or refurb projects.
  • Must hold a full UK driving license.
