We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our client based in Cannock. The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background and will have dealt with internal sales in previous roles. Responsibilities
- Process orders via email and telephone.
- Dispatch orders.
- Manage company correspondence, i.e., taking calls, answering emails, deal with queries.
- Invoicing goods to customers.
- Liaise with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Communicate important feedback internally.
The candidate
- Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Strong admin skills.
- Previous internal sales background.
