We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our client based in Cannock. The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background and will have dealt with internal sales in previous roles. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and thriving business, with excellent career progression opportunities. 

Responsibilities

  • Process orders via email and telephone.
  • Dispatch orders.
  • Manage company correspondence, i.e., taking calls, answering emails, deal with queries.
  • Invoicing goods to customers.
  • Liaise with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Communicate important feedback internally.

The candidate

  • Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong admin skills.
  • Previous internal sales background.

Working hours

  • 35.5 hours per week
  • Monday-Thursday: 09:00-17:00
  • Friday: 09:00-15:00
