We are currently looking to recruit a Supply Chain Customer Fulfilment Lead for our client based in Willenhall. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join a business with ambitious growth plans. As a Customer Fulfilment Lead, you will be a key part of the Operations Team, ensuring that supply chain requirements are fulfilled. The role mainly involves managing customer demand/orders, by overseeing production planning, material scheduling, managing suppliers and analysing capacity.

Key responsibilities

  • Manufacturing management.
  • Process, analyse and satisfy production demand.
  • Effective communication to manage expectations, risks and opportunities.
  • Work towards 100% delivery performance through effective stock management and production planning.
  • Supplier management.
  • Data integrity/management.
  • Support inventory management requirements and attainment of 100% stock accuracy.
  • Production & capacity planning.
  • Ensure customer supply is maintained through effective production planning.
  •  Promote improvement within the supply chain; visual management, 5S.
  • Management reporting.
  • Produce weekly reports for Supply Chain and address root causes where performance is under target.

The candidate

  • Supply chain experience.
  • Must have good attention to detail with an exceptional level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent mathematical aptitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of MRP and WMS.
  • Ability to remain analytical and make sound business decisions in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
  • Experience of Sage X3 – desirable
