Responsibilities

As a Utilities Team Leader, you will hold a pivotal role in overseeing the utilities team and offering support to the finance team. This includes:

  • Ensuring the professional and timely delivery of all administration procurement activities and contracts.
  • Managing a team of Utilities Administrators to provide comprehensive support to the Utilities Team.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing new processes, such as a smart meter installation programme.
  • Fostering a consistent, positive, and empathetic customer experience while cultivating strong relationships with service providers.

What you’ll need for this role

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Demonstrable experience in administration within a planned and maintenance environment, coupled with a strong drive to succeed.
  • The ability to identify opportunities for advancing the organisation’s mission while effectively managing associated risks.
  • Proficiency and working knowledge of Excel.
  • The capability to obtain SC clearance.
