With a wealth of previous experience in the recruitment industry, founders Nick and Alex saw an opportunity to improve the way recruitment was managed. Using their knowledge, drive and ambition to make a positive impact in the recruitment industry, they founded Mainstay in 2015.
The initial industries we recruited for were Transport and Logistics. However, as we grew and became more successful, we diversified into a variety of industries. Over the years, we have achieved a track record for connecting ambitious businesses with top-quality candidates.
We’ve always been focused on delivering outstanding multi-industry, permanent, contract and temporary recruitment solutions across the UK. Unlike other recruitment organisations, we pride ourselves on our industry expertise, knowledge and specialist recruitment tools. We now have offices based in Walsall and Coventry, with future growth plans already in the pipeline!
